We spent our New Year at this hotel and while it wasn't the best experience, we found a few things to enjoy. The pools were great and we loved the variety of food options offered. the shuttle service provided made it easy for us to get around town.

The staff were uncooperative and there were some issues with basic amenities such as towels and toothbrushes. The rooms were not up to our standards and we experienced some maintenance issues like dripping air conditioning units and flickering lights.

This resort is a great place for families, with plenty of pools to swim in and a nice beach area. the rooms are spacious and clean, and the staff are friendly and helpful. the breakfast buffet is delicious, with lots of options to choose from. They have a shuttle to take you around the complex, which is very convenient. the entertainment, including live music and bars, adds to the fun atmosphere.

The showers near the pools are too few and far between, leading to some people not cleaning up before entering the water.
